Simple exercise but plenty of room for progress

Something so simple but something so hard…

I saw the basis of this exercise on a video of children removing coloured plastic balls from a bowl with their feet and realised it was similar to a warm up we do do in Kung Fu.
At Kung fu we sit, with our feet off the floor and rotate our legs clockwise/anti-clockwise.
I find this ridiculously hard and tend to roll around like a weeble without any grace or demure! (Weebles wobble but they don’t fall down 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣)

Anyway, I’ve done my own version of this exercise and blooming Nora, I felt it working straight away. Muscles in my tummy and thighs had a rude Sunday awakening 😉

Plenty of room for progression and it can be as simple or as difficult as you desire.
Have a go, see what you think.
You could even have a family contest to see who can do the most.

Two bowls
One ball
One chair.

Using your feet only, lift the ball from one bowl, keep legs lifted and place ball in other bowl.
Rest feet in the middle and repeat.
